After the first hour of not attending your event with no communication, we reserve the right to offer the space to another group without notification.
It is your duty to have a register of all guests’ names and numbers in case of an emergency. They are your responsibility during their visit at Landrow Place.
It is your duty to communicate with your guests, advising them to stay home if they are not feeling well. During this time, they are your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to advise guests to evacuate the building in the event of an emergency as safely and quickly as possible.
All alarms should be taken seriously. However, fire alarm tests are carried out weekly every Monday between 11:00am and 11:30am.
If you have an event in the communal spaces downstairs which will hold more than 10 people. Please advise concierge so they can open the 2nd entrance doors.
You agree by signing this that you will be liable for any damage caused by you or your guests.
